A complimentary meet and greet is available for all new clients before services are booked. This allows me to get familiar with your pet(s), discuss their routine and care needs, go over any special instructions, and ensure that LunarPaws is the right fit for you and your pets!

*Deposits are only required for overnight stays. They are 30% of your total and your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is sent.

I understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible.
For overnight stays, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
For drop-in visits and dog walking services, I kindly ask that cancellations are also made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. While no cancellation fee will be applied for these services, timely notice allows me to better manage my availability and continue providing reliable care for all clients.
